Help samsung galaxy gio

Hi Guys,
Can anyone help me I bluetoothed some ringtones off my old samsung phone onto my Gio but cannot seem to be able to set any of them from my bluetooth to my ringtone or message tone.

If you're new to android phones, you simply have to create a folder named Ringtones on your sdcard and put any mp3 files you want to set as ringtones there, for the notifications (txt messages alert) you have to create another folder named Notifications, and for the alarm sounds, just create another folder named Alarms, all at the top root of your sdcard.

Was able to sort that all out but when i put tones in notifications they are not as loud as in bluetooth, have set volume up but they are still not as loud, works fine when tones are transfered to ringtones. any ideas would be appreciated.
