my internet is not working do anybody know what the problem could be. i called cs. and they said that everything should good. i dont know i dont want to send the phone for the xbm.

My phone and another metro pcs is not receiving calls
yep, no phone calls out.
I can make a google voice call out over data, but no normal voice calls.
doesnt ring and then just disconnects.
