Help Samsung Galaxy Indulge Stuck In Download Mode

I Have The Samsung Galaxy Indulge And It Is Stuck In Download Mode Then It Has The Picture Of The Phone And The Computer On The Screen Can Someone Help Me Fix This That's Just One Of The Things The Samsung Galaxy Is Doing Before That It Would Restart After A Few Minutes Of Being On And Wouldn't Stay On For Along Time How Cellphones Are Suppose To Please Help With This If Can Just Trying To Get It Working And Operation Correctly

Just press and hold the power button until it shuts off. Download mode does not reset itself...
If that doesn't work (which it should), just pull the battery out and leave it out for 45 seconds or more, than restart.

Are you sure you are stuck in "Download" mode?
It's quite hard to get stuck in that mode, but I'll humor you.
Here, flash this ultra-complete tar in Heimdall to restore your phone to factory settings...
You should be able to get on from there... (hopefully).
