Help Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime

My friend sashi uses a Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime and the internal storage sucks. She said she installed a 32GB micro SD Ram card and formatted it but no matter what she does she is not getting the option to move her downloaded apps from the internal storage to her sd card. What should I do to help her?
 
also keep in mind that not all apps can be moved to the sd card. and moving apps to the sd card does not do what you think it does. it only moves the part of the app that needs to store data. the actual app will still be stored internally.....so only portions of the app will be on the sd card and not the whole thing.

the 2nd article that @MrJavi suggested will show you how to format the sd card as internal storage. this will basically mean that any kind of storage will now be saved on to the sd card. there is no more external storage even though you have the sd card. it will not be a separate thing anymore.....so keep that in mind.
