But google drive is faster to upload and has more space. I'm hopefully moving to mediafire for mixclean mod and also this stock rom or maybe androidfilehost.

Is this your first time flashing something? You have to install twrp and then copy the rom to your sd card and then boot into recovery mode and install the rom.
