Samsung Galaxy Mega

[Android Question]

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Mega and put it on Straight Talk. Everything works but it wont make or accept phone calls. All calls go straight to voicemail and do not show as a missed call. Please help we have tried everything to get the phone part to work.

Try resetting it. This option is available in About section among Settings of your phone. If this problem is still there then kindly get your phone checked at nearest service center as its missing certain part of the software. You can't fix it manually as its software needs to be reflashed.
