Help samsung Galaxy Note 10.0

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.0 Tablet that is completely frozen on the screen Samsung GALAXY Note 10.0 It won't do anything. Please help!

I have tried - hold the power button with the volume if gave me the screen

then it says Downloading.....
Do not urn off target

then it does nothing - went back to the frozen scene

HELP !

Odin Mode aka download mode is used to flash firmware.
Have you tried holding the power button only for about 20 sec to simulate a battery pull and soft reset.

If unable to reboot and in download mode, you can reflash the firmware with Odin. This should be the current version
