Hello (new to the forum)

I have the above tablet.
Having restored it to factory settings I am now unable to get onto the internet, I have checked and double checked the password and that is correct.
On the first occasion I had a caption stating wrong password,The second time the caption was network authentication occurred and finally on the third attempt Network SSID required.
Now on the Sky router I have a pin number would that be the SSID information as that is all that there is on the router with the exception of a couple bar codes.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
Thank you jaysto81.

First of all I would like to welcome you to our forums. It's always great to have someone new here :)

I am going to relocate this to the Galaxy Note 10.1 forums for better visibility.

Now lets try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve this.

1st step, go into settings >WiFi, look at your saved networks and remove the saved network from your device.

turn off WiFi on your device, then reset your router. Once the router is online again enable WiFi again on your device.

Now try to connect to the network and see if you have the same issue.

If you are still unable to connect & have a Windows 7 machine that uses WiFi to connect to your network:

1. Go to the wireless icon in the bottom right near the time, left click on it so you can see the available networks.
2. Right click on the network you are connected to and select properties
3. Go to the security tab and look for the "show characters" button and check it.
4. Verify it is the same password you have been using.

If it isn't go back to your device and go into the wifi settings again and press on the network you are trying to connect to, forget it again and re-enter the proper information :)

Let us know if this works. If not we can complete some additional troubleshooting!

|I have many Wi-Fi networks listed on the tablet including the one I can't access.
what I wanted to know was, how do I delete/remove the one I can't access from the network
as per the instructions in your first reply.
Many thanks

Look at the networks, press on it and it will give you the option to forget the network

Hi. I have the same problem. Mi galaxy Note 10.1 suddenly is unable to connect to the web.

1- Is connected to my home network, but is unable to navigate.
2- I have 2 laptops, both of them are navigating normally (old: W. Vista) (New: Windows8).

I already made my tablet to forget my network, reset my router, started again, and nothing happen.

Also, I tested my tablet printing a document using my WIFI printer and it worked. So, there must be something blocking my Galaxy Note from the internet.
