Help Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

Hi there ...my Note 10.1 will not power on fully. It hangs on the opening titles of "samsung galaxy note 10.1". I have held down the power button for 30 seconds and it re-boots only to eventually lock on the opening title.
I have tried to recharge it in an effort to give a kick and the battery icon is stuck on the colour gray.

Sounds like it may not be charging, can you try a different charger? Also, you can try resetting it. Here is a "How to" video:
