My Samsung galaxy note 2-pen stop functioning please note me in the steps or application adjustment to repair it.
 
Unless you were amony the very first to obtain this device, it is still under warranty. Contact the puchasing point and arrange a replacement. They will determine if it is an S-pen issue or whether the screen has stopped responding to it. I don't believe the pen itself is serviceable.
