hello...i hv note n7000 but i am facing problem with black screen.i press unlock button, home button everything but my phone does not illumimate where i can unlock the screen. couple of times i thought it was switched off but its not and even i tried calling from the other cell ph and the ring goes which means its not switched off...so ultimately i need to take out my battery n restart...anyone please advice on this please.

It sounds like a hardware issue. If I were you, I'd take it or send it back and have it fixed under warranty.
