Samsung Galaxy player 4.0 usb device not recognized HELP!

Hi I just bought my first android last week (completely new to this)
I have a Samsung Galaxy player 4.0
Was working perfectly for two weeks now
connecting to pc flawlessly
Until now...

*I ended up with USB device not recognized
*I tried to uninstall the driver(device manager)and reinstall by plug it back in but it gave me Device driver software was not successfull installed
*Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)


2.3.5 gingerbread
Win7 64bit
I'm able to connect to other computers but this one.
I tried reboot my player and restart my PC didn't work
installed Samsung Kies with device driver and still doesn't work.

This have been giving me headache ever since. $230 can't even connect to PC using USB why is this happening...

I wish I could help directly, but I do have a suggestion. You might try going to a Windows support forum since it is a Windows problem if the device connects to other PCs. Did you change anything else on your computer that could have caused this?

You might also try removing everything related from the PC, reboot it, re-install the software and driver before connecting it, and then try attaching it.
