Samsung Galaxy Precedent---camera help

Does the camera on the Samsung Galaxy Precedent AUTOFOCUS???

I don't know if it is suppose to and my phone's camera is messed up or if that feature is not available on this phone. I can not use the Bar Code reader app on regular bar codes and I read on the APP that you must have an autofocus camera for it to work.

Nope, the camera doesnt autofocus at all. The best bar code reader seems to be redlaser. I havent really used it that much.
