Help samsung galaxy s 2.1 andriod dialing interface opens slowly

my dialing screen interface opens very slowly and hangs some times in my samsung galaxy s i9000 kindly help to make it faster
 
If you have a task killer then maybe trying placing the phone app on the task killers ignore list.
