Help Samsung Galaxy S big problem

Official Name: SCH-I500 (Samsung Galaxy S Showcase)
Firmware: 2.1-update1
Root: z4root
Carrier: Cellular South

Key programs: Titanium Backup; One Click Lag Fix

Alright, so my problem is my Android Market being stuck at "starting download." When I got my phone a few days ago, there was a lot of bloatware that Cellular South put on it. This bloatware would run in the background and took up a lot of space and RAM, I had to get rid of it asap. I rooted it using z4root, worked fine. I used Titanium Backup to delete the bloatware that I didn't want. In this process, I deleted Google Talk (wasn't going to use it) and not knowing it, it would ruin my Android Market. I've done several Factory Resets, cleared caches, cleared external SD card, cleared everything out in order to return my phone to "out of the box." In trying all of these resets, I was hoping that I would have all of the bloatware back on my phone so I could do what I did before, minus the deleting of Google Talk.

After all of this, what would be a reasonable solution? Haven't been able to find an .apk file for Google Talk and did everything I could possibly do for a semi-new user.

Overview: rooted phone (went fine), used Titanium Backup to delete bloatware (and google talk on accident), tried to reset to factory defaults, Android Market won't download anything.

I've seen a lot of unanswered forum posts about this all over the net, was hoping to finally find a solution.

Thanks, Slips

You have to flash a new firmware using ODIN. No other method. Even copy and pasting Google talk apk using root explorer will not work. I did the same thing the first time I rooted my phone.
