Samsung Galaxy S - Galaxy S3

Hi all
I have just upgraded, Galaxy S to a Galaxy S3. Any suggestions how I transfer all the contacts from one to another. The contacts currently sit on the 'phone' not the Sim in the Galaxy S. I do have an additional micro card in the Galaxy S

Alan, welcome to AF! I create my contacts as Google contacts, and they automatically transfer when I get a new phone (assuming its another Android phone).
