Hi there, I am an avid android fan and user.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S rooted with stock rom and kernal.
The reason i havnt flashed is simply because i recently bought this phone and im not to keen on bricking it (past experience with other phones) I am fron Australia and locked to telstra and becuase telstra add fearures my.phone is branded the GT-I9000T so.it has made flashing difficult.. I am currently trying slowly to get cyanogenmod but still no coirage do so.
But anyway besides my rambling I have tried every launcher desigbed so far and i have chosen GO Launcher EX. Itd all good and well besides these problems...
Sometimes very laggy
slow app drawer open
slow home redraw
black screen before returning home
overall slower than normal...
I do have quite a few apps installed bit.i only have used 400mb oit of 2gb which shoild meen that this isnt the problem... i am rooted but thats as far as i have gone
if you have any suggestions besides rom flashing please say so!
