Please need help i have a new phone samsung galaxy s gt-7562 with dual sim slot. Launched last month of september 2012. Can some one help me guide me how to root this phone and how to install CWM recovary.

My Samsung Galaxy S Duos GT-7562 can't scan and find WiFi networks. It keeps turning on and off. I factory reset my phone almost 4 times and restarted it so many times that I lost count. Then my phone just gets stuck in a reboot loop. What can I do to fix this issue?
