Samsung Galaxy S II (S 2) with Android 2.3.5 Rollback?

Does anyone know how to rollback from android 2.3.5 to android 2.3.3 as I updated and found that I really don't like the new firmware..?

Also does anyone have any ideas on when Samsung are releasing Android 4 Ice Cream?

From what I understand the only way to rollback a firmware update is to root the phone otherwise you are stuck with I'm afraid.
