Help Samsung Galaxy S ll Australia Unable to answer calls :(

I have had my galaxy for over a year and really like it. However last week I began experiencing problems. Randomly, up to 4times a day it will ring but there is no facility to answer it so it just rings out? I could be missing business calls. I went in to a telstra shop and they rang me three times & I could answer it? Got in the car 10 minutes later and it was doing it again! Sending me dotty!

Hello Tai, welcome to Android Forums.

Have you tired sending your device in to see if this issue is on the inside and can be repaired? It might be a hardware issue perhaps.
