What version of JB did you install? If you installed a version that was not intended for your country then it will be a mess.

It doesn't work like that. If the phone is the same, which I am sure it is, then even if you install a ROM intended for other countries, it will work. That is, the Rom should be intended for the same model. The S3 sold in Kosovo and the one sold in the UK are both GT-I9300. The only difference is that the ROM might have slight differences such as different modem and etc.

Referring to the OP, do a factory reset, if it doesn't solve the issue, reflash the ROM through ODIN.

i've installed this firmware Android-4.1-JellyBean-GNex-OTA-Port
So it isn't the stock ROM. Have you cleaned cache and dalvik? Do a factory reset as well. Also, why don't you try the stock JB ROM released in Poland?

While I do not share the OP's problems on my S3 after Jelly Bean upgrade, the only issue I have is Predictive Text completely not working even when enabled. Short of pulling a factory reset, I have run out of ideas how factory dictionary and predictive text functionality can be restored. As a band-aid fix, I installed ICS Keyboard and use the app's bundled Predictive Text functionality.

Thnx all for replay but i dont what to do , now ive restored my SGS3 on ice cream sandwich it is more better than jelly bean.

THNX

The fact is you are using an ancient port from another device. You flashed an old port for the Galaxy Nexus with different drivers. Of course its not going to work.

There are plenty of Samsung Jelly Bean ROMs and AOSP (G nex - like) for the S3 that everything works on. I think perhaps you didn't do any research before you jumped in with both feet.
