Help Samsung Galaxy S

ok. I just got my galaxy S saturday and I have been trying ever since to get my outlook calendar to sync with my phone. I have tried google sync and my phone explorer. Neither seem to be working. Please help. I also took my laptop into where I got my phine but they were no help.
