hello just joined today
i have a samsung galaxy s. when i download music from the web it doesnt save it.i mean when i switch off the phone and go to music player the downloaded tracks are wiped out. when i go to my files and click on downloads and then on the song it says ''no applications can perform this action''
i downloaded 2 different media player programs but then had to delete them because you can not access the sound settings like the ones on the phones music player..can anyone help please.thanks

Where did you download the music files from? What format are the music files saved in?
 
hi ..
try accessing them through your pc while connected to drive mode... check for virus /file protection ...
than post the results

are u able to access other songs on ur card except downloaded?

Another possibility would be that the songs were encoded with an incompatible codec. I don't know that this is the case but it's odd that more than one music player would take issue with MP3 files in the way that you described.
