Help Samsung Galaxy S2 Email App Questions

Hello, I am new here and have questions about email and Android. I had an iPhone before this and never had any issues. I was able to view messages with embbedded pictures and I was able to forward messages and remove the previous sender information. Now I can't view pictures in the stock email app and I still havn't found an email App that can remove the previous sender info without removing the formatting of the message! Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated!

I think the stock email app change embedded email to an attachment so you don't use data unnecessarily. You do have a "-" icon slightly below the main email body and just above the previous emails, which I think is for you to omit the previous emails.
