I'm trying to upgrade my wife's OS for her Samsung Galaxy S2 HD lte and every time I do it I get a pop up saying cannot connect during the download process. Then the update option goes away I have been able to make it return from power down and restart methods but now it's just gone...
I'm using Kies as suggested... unlike the iphone this process seems extremely annoying. I've never seen such miscommunication between phone models and available updates.
