samsung galaxy s2 internel memory chip problem

hi, i've a samsung galaxy s2, shw-m250s, t-mobile. the problem is that i can't delete any thing in it or can't save anything new on it. i can call, receive call, write/receive sms, but there is no call log or sms record.. i've tried the factory reset, new firmware installation, root/unroot etc.. but all this not working... plz help me what to do?
