Help Samsung Galaxy S2 probs

I have a bar on top of the display (p:0/1 dx: 0.0 Xv: 0.0 and so on) and a blue line that follows my finger movment when I touch the screen. Any ideas how to turn this off?

Hey what do I do if my touch screen doesn't respond. The phone will work its just no response to my touch. I try and answer a call and I can't. How can I fix this?

Go to settings > developer options > uncheck show pointer location
