Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and recently it has started acting up. It would often suddenly turn off and/or restart by itself. Sometimes when I'd get it out of my pocket, I would notice it has turned off and I turn it back on and everything's fine.
Only this time it won't do that. It will show the boot screen, but then gets stuck at the glowing "Samsung" screen.
I've gone to Recovery mode, did the 'wipe cache partition' thing and then rebooted the system but then it would do the same thing. Also I'd like to mention that I have no use with the Download mode as my connector is no longer working (it's been defect for a while now) so I can't connect it to a USB and install stuff.
I still have a lot of files like pictures and video's that I really don't want to have deleted, so a wipe data/factory reset isn't an option either.
I really hope someone can help me out!
