Welcome to the forum Mazzgaming.

It sounds like your efs folder has been deleted. If you haven't backed it up you can try this app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.helroz.GSII_Repair&hl=en

Or you could try to recover manually using this guide
[GUIDE] Recover your IMEI in 9 steps. - xda-developers

If neither of those work it will have to be a professional fix.

Hey, and thank you so much for your reply!

The thing is had already tryed what you suggested, i dont actually know whether i lost my /efs or whether i have it backed up or anything...
If you please have anymore suggestions or anything else i need to know that could help me please let me know!

hmm may be this is simple to find this problem

turn on your debugging mode and connect to your pc then note download the super one click there u will get adb kit folder get into it copy cmd to there and

enter cmd
type : adb devices (it shows the devices)
type : adb shell (now u will enter the shell of your mobile)
type : rild

on apply of this rild it gets you the result what files are missing from lib so collect it from previos roms and replace now your baseband get worked

I am facing unknown imei/baseband problem in my korean Samsung SII SHV-E110s so i have to bump this old thread..

when i did what you suggested than I got following message:

rm failed for /data/misc/radio/dlnk, no such file or directory
rm failed for /data/misc/radio/kmem, no such file or directory
rm failed for /data/misc/radio/ahrh, no such file or directory

so from where I can get these files so my problem can be solved. i have checked all custom and stock roms i have for these files but could not find it..
