Help Samsung Galaxy S3 crashing

I'm having problems with my Samsung Galaxy S3 recently it started to crash on me,I have tried everything two factory resets uninstalling some apps i don't really use so much but nothing helped i really don't know what causes the crashes could anyone in here help me because i'm totally clueless on what to do else ??

Have you contacted the people who sold you the phone. It's the phones service provider.
If they can't assist you go to the Samsung web site and the support/online chat. Have the phones model number and the HEX number both found under the battery of your phone or in settings about phone. The Samsung people are very helpful and are there 24/7.
