Help Samsung Galaxy S3 Driver Problem

Before I updated to Windows 10 I had absolutely no problems connecting my Phone with my PC (I am using Parandroid 4.41)
Everytime I plug in my mobile Phone (with USB-Debugging activated) I hear a sound, as if the Phone would have been detected. But if I go to my PC it's not showing up. I tried:
Removing
- The Sim-Card
- Battery
Changing
- PC
- Cable
- And even OS ( I don't even know why it doesn't work there)
If I go to device Manager there is a yellow Triangle next to GT -19300 saying ( sorry if the translation isn't 100% correct. I have Windows in german so yeah)

No Drivers could be installed for this device (Code 28)
There are no compatible Drivers for this Device
Press Update Drivers to search for a driver.

The Strange thing is. I had Windows 8.1 Previously and it worked.
Now on Windows 10 it doesn't. So I thought that maybe it's because of the OS
So I tried on my laptop (which has 8.1 installed) but the same error massage occurs.

Do you have any suggestions on how I should even start solving the problem, or maybe even a solution?

Thanks.

So I did install it, but absolutely nothing changed. I still see that GT 19300 has a yellow triangle next to it, and I still can't see my Phone under This PC...

No I couldn't.
A friend of mine was wondering why I couldn't change that.
So he looked a little bit in the Settings and saw that MTP wasn't checked. So he checked it and everything worked again.
The thing is I never deactivated it, so I didn't even bother searching for that.
But thanks for your help :D
