Help Samsung Galaxy S3 Email App

I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 phone and would like to know how I can backup all of my email messages in the app "Email"?

is this the stock app or gmail?

can't you just use your computer using your email server rather then your phone?

It's the stock app pre installed on the phone.

Well it's setup to remove the emails on the server after download.
