Okay so i have had this problem for months now. SOME aux cables do not work well with my phone. I will plug it in to a mobile speaker and random sounds will be made and google voice pops up on my phone and the music plays out of my phone for a few seconds and I have to wiggle the cord around until the music comes out of the speaker. It does the same thing in my car. I cannot find this problem anywhere else. I actually think I have something that will help. So far, all auxiliary cables with 4 contacts have worked. The 3 contact ones are the ones that have a problem. I think my phone thinks there is a mic when there actually is not. I tried taking it to the Verizon store but they just tested and said it worked fine so I dont know what to do!
