Help Samsung Galaxy s3 help please.

Hello today i woke up and i could not turn my phone on,
It stays at the Samsung Logo and cant do anything else with it.

I wanted to restore my phone but i cannot. it says something with E: failed to mount / cache... etc etc..

Now i looked up some things already but i really dont know what to do.

Id like to root my phone now and give it some new firmware but i have to turn on USB Debugging mode and i can not turn my phone on.. is here someone that may help me? maybe im doing it all wrong

No need to have USB debugging on, as long as you can get into download mode (power+home+vol.down while booting up) you can flash firmware. You would find it at sammobile.com by using your specific model number.
 
Ive got a "fail" now, what could it be.

It's been a while since I used ODIN, but it does recognize your device when you plug it in yes?
You should either disable, or remove KIES, (if installed) but leave the drivers. (ODIN and KIES don't play well together)
If you still are getting the failed messages, I'm not sure if some other drivers would help, or a different version of ODIN would help.

Oke thanks for your advice ill gonna try it all now and i let you know how it going, PS do you need any other information like
IMEI Etc etc? So you know what firmware i need.

All we would need is what you already posted...your device model number---GT-I9300, and your carrier--Vodafone.
Just make sure you flash the latest Android version. Not exactly sure, but if you try flashing an earlier version you may bork your phone....like I said, not sure.
 
i really wanna try what the first link says but if a PIT flash goes wrong my phone will be dead forever right?
It not a big problem because a phone i cant use is useless also..
