Samsung Galaxy s3 Problem

My galaxy s3 screen is unresponsive to my finger. I have tried to take out the battery and put it back in but i still have the problem. I have at&t and it is a samsung.

There are a few things that can cause that - it can't be diagnosed online like this. You'll have to bring it in for an estimate. It could be anything from a loose connector (cheap repair - you pay for labor) to a bad motherboard (it may be cheaper to buy a new phone).
