Hi. I bought a 32gb sd card for my phone and ive transferred music from my laptop to the sd card. The problem is that when i come to play the music on the phones music player provided it says the player does not support this type of audio file. Any help as to how i can solve this problem?

Find a music player app that supports that type of music file. Or convert the music file to a type that the phone's music player supports.

hi thank you for your reply. Before i transferred the music to the sd card it played successfully on the music player so im sure the format is ok of the songs
