Samsung galaxy S4 blank SD card problem?

Hey people!
I have had an SD card in my S4 for around 2 years and it was working fine but now it says Blank SD card and SD card cannot be mounted? I tried to transfer the data into my computer but the SD card did not show up on my computer Does anybody know how to fix this? Is it even fixable? Thanks!

most likely it is not repairable.

SD cards have a limited write/erase cycle limit, and 2 years of constant use has most likely exceeded what your SD card can do.

just buy a new premium SD card and move on, about all you can do.
hope you had it backed up.

At least try cleaning the SD card's copper contact pins with alcohol and try again before throwing it to the trash.

Put it on the SD card reader and try to repair it with Windows Error Checking tool.
