Can't find much about the Exynos 5450 except in these s4 rumours. If its based on a15 architecture which you'd hope it would be, I wouldn't have thought they would go over 1.6 Ghz... A 1.4 would thrash what we have now. Never know though.....

Doesn't matter to me. Its the s5 or note 4 for me...

I agree. The S5 is going to be awesome. I'm speculating that by then, Samsung will have evolved their Smart Stay technology to the point where it can tell where on the screen you are looking, as a more advanced method of UI control. That would virtually be thought control. Maybe.
