Samsung Galaxy S4 "S Health App Error"

Dear Andriod Grurus,
I've a bought new Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 having andriod verson 4.2.2 When I'm trying to run the S health app its giving the following error " Unfortunately S Health has stopped"

I tried all the option and I'm freaking tired , I think I'm no way near solving this problem.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Have you gone into applications and cleared all data and the cache to see if that fixes it? If it comes down to it a factory reset might be a fix.

Thanks for your quick reply , I did the clearing of cache and uninstall / re-install didn't worked ...now lemme try the factory reset option.
