Hi i have samsung galaxy s2 ntt docomo (sc-02c)

After i reformat this phone. I can't use internet via data connection on my phone. but if i activate hotspot and data connection. It will start and i can surf internet. Not like the old time before i reformat my phone i can use internet while not activating the wifi hotspot

Please help me.

Are you using the, "samsung galaxy s2 ntt docomo (sc-02c)", model in Japan and are you the original owner from new?

The reason for asking is that this model of Samsung Galaxy S2 is built specifically for the Japanese market and its network. It may have been modified by a previous owner to work on non-Japanese networks, possibly by rooting and flashing a different modem, which formatting may have erased.
