Help Samsung Galaxy SII Locked by Webroots Security

Can somebody help me to unlock my Galaxy SII phone?
It is locked by Webroot Security when I tried to change the SIM.
I put the password but not accepted.

Please help me out.

I used webroot for years and was generally satisfied BUT, one caveat...their customer service is awful...you might as well be dealing with 'Peggy' in Albania. They are slow and when you get a response it seldom makes any sense or works.

My recommendation, remove the program completely and try other software. I use Bitdefender on my PC's and Lookout on my Phone.

Your phone should come with a way to reset system defaults. You might have to call Galaxy...Failing that, your phone provider might be able to help.

If you can't retrieve/remember your password the only other option is NANDROID backup, root and remove the app via ADB, or factory reset.
