Help Samsung galaxy tab 3

[Android Question]

I lost my tablet and just the other day I found it and charged it up a bit and normally when you plug a charger into a tablet or phone it turns on well mine will but won't his past the Galaxy tab3 screen nor will it allow me to go into download or recovery mode?? HELP!!

It's fine, the battery was most likely drained to where it will take a bit to turn on completely.

Well I charged it up but now it won't even turn on

Try holding down volume l
key plus power key.
