Help Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 Restarts after trying to connect to web

Have a Galaxy Tab 8.9. Tablet will automatically restart within about 5 seconds of loading either google search or google chrome from my home screen. Page begins to load, then Tab restarts. Also has done this on my settings page too, just once though. Everything else seems to be fine ( Youtube, Pandora etcc.. operate and load fine ) Please Help,
