Help Samsung Galaxy Tab4

I am trying to transfer music from my vaio laptop to my tab. I downloaded the suggested program Smart Switch. I got it downloaded in my tab and also on my desktop. when I try to use it...it wants me to sign into Icloud and it won't. it just keeps going around and around and not signing in.

Can you plz help me to get my music onto my tab? I also added a chip which is 34GB so I would have plenty of room for our trip in December for pictures and videos.

The simplest way would be to just copy the music over usb - don't bother with any syncing programs, just create a folder called "Music" on the tablet then drag and drop the files/folders into it. Or put the microSD card in a suitable card reader and just copy straight from the laptop to the card, then stick the card in the tablet.

thank you for your reply. I have solved the music.

I now have another problem with apps being spread all over my screens. attaching screen shots to show you. I can't even get into my settings when I click on the little boxes in right had corner they disappear. the tiny boxes in the right bottom corner would open up all of my settings and apps. I opened up my tablet yesterday and they are spread all over. what can I do to get them organized and to have the big blue weather screen gone...tyvm
