Help Samsung galaxy vibrant wont connect to pc

I got the Samsung galaxy vibrant i9000 3 weeks ago and i had no problem with the USB in the first week with connecting with the computer but now it wont even show up on the computer! i have tried to USB debug and ask on connection and all those things. the mount to computer icon wont even show up on my phone. it only shows the charging icon
