Formatted this phone (Samsung galaxy y gt-s5360) back to factory settings and after reset there is no Contacts icon at the bottom, when i click on Apps to look for Contacts i cant find it, when i try to save a contact from a message or a call i get the following message .......

How can it go missing straight from a reset ?
