Help Samsung Galaxy Y numpty question

I can't download podcast from the phone using Bluetooth to my laptop. It is there, because it plays back from the phone, but I want to put it in a folder on laptop. Bluetooth seems to be OK, but when looking on laptop and opening download folder on phone it is empty! But if I take out the SD card and put in the laptop it's there. Any opinions?

Do you have Vista?
It could be your firewall is blocking Bluetooth.
Also you need to click on the Bluetooth Devices icon to 'Receive file'.

I'm using Windows 7
The firewall is not blocking
And I've sent a podcast to the phone and it created a new folder called 'sounds' but is empty, however it is there as it plays back!!!

Oops I've been moved! Well I think there may be a conflict on my computer, because it's now recording 2 errors, which I will wait and do a complete reinstall, it needs it anyhow!
