Check the outlet you plug the charger into. Is it getting power? (Plug in a lamp or a radio or something.) Connect the charger to the phone. Leave it alonr fot at least 24 hours. See if that fixes it. A totally dead battery takes hours to charge enough to power the phone on for more than a fraction of a second.
