Help samsung galxy tab2 7.0 p3110 freeze

ive got this 2 weeks ago. one time when iam charging its freezes and a little bit laggy after wards. after charging I continue using for a few hours its hangups again and shut down. so I turn it on again and its ok. my question is what is the causes of freeze or hang ups?? tnx.

Do you have a ext sd card installed? It maybe causing the problem, or a app you recently installed.

When the tab was new, did it start out doing this, if it did, you may have a hardware problem.

See if you can exchange it for a new replacment.

Also was this a factory refurb? As a last resort, you might try to do a factory reset.

hmmm mine freezes up every once in a while. it might be a app you have installed. also, to speed it up, clear all running programs and delete unused apps.
