Help Samsung Galzxy Nexus Phone died

2 days agao I was prompted that a new version 4.0.4 is ready for download on my phone. So I did download it, it was quick.... Now, my phone just died.... battery was like 80% full at that time when it died. Even if i press the power on button hard, it still not responding.
I don't know what's going on . Guys, any idea??

How often does it die? My phone never does that what apps are running you have a GSM right?

It hasn't happened to me, Verizon has yet to push an update, and when they do, I won't take it.
I thought you were just stuck after trying the update, not that it was dying often.
